Ingredients:
500g kale
50g fresh basil
1/2 cup olive oil
clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp nutritional yeast

Remove the woody stems from the kale, leaving just the tender leaves. Place in a bowl with the basil, oil, garlic and nutritional yeast. Mix together with your hands, coating the kale leaves. Sprinkle the kale evenly throughout the dehydrator and set to 60 degrees. Leave for several hours until the kale is crispy.
