How can I pay?
You can pay using any major credit or debit card or through your PayPal account.
I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I pay using my credit or debit card?
Yes you can. Choose the credit/debit card payment option on the PayPal checkout screen and enter your details. All major credit cards are accepted through this one portal.
How long until my order is dispatched and delivered to me?
We use a courier company to most of our orders (smaller parcels will be posted using Royal Mail). If an order is placed BEFORE 14.00 (GMT) then, apart from in extenuating circumstances (Christmas, national holidays, extreme weather conditions etc) , it will be processed the same day providing the item is in stock and delivered in 5-7 working days (usually sooner). All orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday will be processed on the very next working day following the weekend. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays
Postage prices to the UK are a fixed price of £2.95 (no matter how many items you include in your order but EXCLUDING furniture which has its own shipping cost).
International Airmail Delivery (approximate arrival times only)
Western Europe within three working days
Eastern Europe within five working days
The rest of the world within five to seven working days
Important note: Please note that the international delivery times stated may vary depending on location and may incur import costs if outside the EU. The customer is responsible for any customs charges, fees or taxes.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. But if you not entirely happy you can return the item as long as it has not been used/damaged and is in the original packaging. You have 14 (fourteen) days from the time your item was delivered to you for an exchange or refund. If you intend to return the item please contact us using the site’s contact form and the returns details will be sent to you. The refund or exchange will be processed when the returning item has reached us. We do not offer refunds on returns postage costs and cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items that have been damaged whilst being returned to us.
My item is damaged!
When you open your order you will see that it has been packed with the utmost care ensuring that any breakages caused in transit are kept to an absolute minimum. If your item has been damaged on its way to you please contact us using the form on the website with a picture (mobile phone photo will do) so that we have a record of the breakages in order to contact our delivery service with. Once we have surveyed the picture we will issue a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Press & PR
If you would like to feature any of our products in your publication (online or otherwise) then please contact us using the store’s contact form or email@example.com telling us which publication you write for and what the article will be about. We are able to provide high-res images of all the products as well as any links pertaining to the product being featured. We are more than happy for you to ‘share’ our products online and over social media platforms but please do not use our images without linking back to the item or for financial gain. Our images can be traced and we will take action should we find that companies are using our images without permission.
